Adds a Jenkinsfile stage that copies website/index.html to the live nginx docroot whenever a change touches website/, so teammates can edit the site (via Gitea web UI or a normal PR) without needing VM access -- merge to master and it's live within one poll cycle (~5 min). harineandClaude Sonnet 5	bf090b2526	Add Jenkinsfile for CI build pipeline ... Builds the Debug APK and runs unit tests on push, using the Android SDK/NDK toolchain installed on the team19 VM (Goal 2 of the course's VM onboarding). Runs on Jenkins at http://51.79.242.163:5001.
